Introducing Forced Closures
Deliveroo introduced an additional tool, called Forced Closure, to support Partners in reducing the risk of appearing open for orders during periods when they are actually closed. This new tool can only be enacted by Deliveroo.
New Offer Types for Deliveroo Orders API and Picking API Webhooks
Deliveroo is excited to announce the introduction of new promotional offer types for our Grocery and Retail partners. These offers can now be sent via the POS Integration and Picking API webhooks, allowing seamless application of promotions to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.
Catalogue API Released
In response to the ever-changing landscape of the retail and grocery sectors, Deliveroo is excited to announce the launch of the Catalogue API. This new API serves as a dedicated integration solution specifically designed for our grocery and retail partners.
Added new status rider_in_transit in RiderEventsWebhook
We would like to inform all existing users of Deliveroo’s Order API “Rider Events Webhook” about important additional data that is available to concerned integrators from 12th November, 2024.

Updated the prep-stages-endpoint doc
