If you are using your own customer support service, this can be used to notify us of refunds you have given to customers for which Deliveroo are liable. Refund notifications are processed in the background and will be subsequently be rejected if the requested amount exceeds the total order value (including delivery fees). Multiple refund notifications may be submitted for a single order, but their sum total should not exceed the total order value.
Use the refund webhook to be notified when refund notifications submitted via this method have been ingested and processed successfully by Deliveroo.
